Ingredients:
- Fresh tagliatelle pasta ()
- Blue cheese (1oz/30g per serving)
- Celery
- Basil
- Galic clove
- Olive oil
Cook the pasta as required. Fresh pasta - 4 minutes; dried pasta - 10-12 minutes.
Sauce:
- Begin with heating the saucepan and add olive oil
- Crush the garlic and finely chop the celery, fry them in the saucepan.
- Mince the cheese and add it into the saucepan
- Mix the ingredients
- Add some water from the pasta to thin out the sauce a bit
- Add the basil (dried or fresh)
- Remove the saucepan from heat (if pasta is not ready to be added)
