Turkey Salad Simplex: Simplicity at it's best

This is one of the most simple and very delicious salads that I have had. The recipe is dead simple and very quick in preparation. The ingredients are as follows:
  • Boiled turkey fillet about 100 g (1/4 pound or 4 oz)
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Sesame seed oil and/or extra virgin olive oil
  • Basil, cilantro leaves and celery leaves
  • White pepper - crushed or ground
  • Salt
  • Optionally tomatoes and olives

Chop or tear the basil, cilantro leaves and celery leaves. Do not add too much celery, it will kill the flavours of both basil and cilantro. Mix with a the oil and white pepper. Add a dash of salt to the dressing.
Rinse and dry the lettuce, tear them in big peaces. Each leaf into 3 roughly equal parts.
Cut the turkey fillet in 1 cm (1/4 inch) cubes.
Mix the turkey and the lettuce leaves in a bowl with the dressing.
Add salt to taste.

You may optionally add tomatoes in cubes and olives to the salad.
