Milk steak

A nice recipe for people with time on their hands.

Ingredients:
  • boneless beef (400g)
  • milk (1 litre)
  • crushed pepper mix (black and white peppercorn)
  • rosemary

Preparation:
Cut the steak in cross-sections(vertical cuts on one side, horizontal on the other).
Place in a bowl and sprinkle with crushed pepper mix and crushed rosemary, rub it in.
Pour milk over it to cover the meat. Leave it for 12-24 hours.

Prepare on a grill or fry. Goes perfectly with steamed or fried cauliflower with curry.
